Reflexology
Reflexology is an ancient science based on the premise that there are zones and reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all glands, organs, parts, and systems of the body. The physical act of applying pressure using thumb, finger, and hand techniques to these reflex areas results in the reduction of stress, which in turn makes the body receptive to healing and positive change. Reflexology can improve circulation, reduce body tension and restore a sense of well-being. While historically Reflexology has been found to have a positive effect on the body, Reflexology is NOT a substitute for medical treatment. Our fully accredited program is designed specifically to help you go at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home, to become a fully trained reflexologist.
